Dr Utpal kumar is one of the best cardiologist of Varanasi. Not only he carries immense knowledge and experience, but also he is such a soft spoken gentleman. He is always available his old patients and is very approachable. My father got angioplasty done under his expert guidance and we are very satisfied with the services. I strongly recommend Dr Utpal for his Ethical practice as well.
